Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of services provided by Supery, operated by Giuseppe Egitto ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Supery provides a done-for-you AI business system: a personalized set of configuration files (CLAUDE.md, MEMORY.md, hooks, skill, and guides) designed for use with Claude Code by Anthropic. The service includes:

• A custom AI system tailored to your business (8 files)
• A setup guide and onboarding support
• Email support for 7 days after delivery (Quick Setup) or as specified by your tier

Supery is not affiliated with Anthropic. We build systems that run on Claude Code, which is a product of Anthropic, PBC. You need a valid Claude Code subscription to use our deliverables.

2. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are listed in EUR on our website and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
• Full payment is required before we begin building your system.
• You will receive a confirmation email upon successful payment.

3. Delivery

• Your custom AI system will be delivered within 48-72 hours of payment.
• Delivery is via email with a download link to your personalized file set.
• A 15-30 minute onboarding call is included to help you install and use the system.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If the system doesn't meet your needs:

• Email gegitto@supery.ai within 30 days of delivery.
• Describe what isn't working for your business.
• We will rebuild and adjust the system until it delivers the value you need — at no additional cost.

As digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned," we do not offer monetary refunds. Instead, we guarantee your satisfaction through unlimited revisions within the guarantee period. Our goal is a system that works for your business.

5. Intellectual Property

• Your data: All business information you provide remains yours. We use it solely to build your system.
• Your system: The custom files we deliver are yours to use, modify, and extend as you see fit.
• Our methodology: The Supery system architecture, templates, hooks, and skill frameworks are our intellectual property. You may not resell, redistribute, or white-label the system or its components.
• No exclusivity: We may create similar systems for other clients in the same industry. Each system is custom, but the methodology is reusable.

6. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information in the intake form.
• Maintain a valid Claude Code subscription (Anthropic product, separate cost).
• Install the system following our setup guide (we help during onboarding).
• Do not use the system for illegal activities or in violation of Anthropic's Terms of Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Supery provides AI configuration files. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or productivity gains.
• The system's effectiveness depends on your use, your business context, and the underlying Claude Code platform (which we do not control).
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Third-Party Services

Our service depends on Claude Code by Anthropic. Changes to Claude Code's features, pricing, or availability are outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to update your system if significant platform changes occur (support tier dependent).

9. Privacy

Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our data practices.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Italy. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Italy, without prejudice to your rights under EU consumer protection law.
